A Day in the Life of a Lab Guru

To say I felt a bit behind the curve when I signed into my new Pictage lab account for the first time, would be an understatement. There is just soo much there… My previous lab was wonderful but had less options and therefore I was outsourcing to multiple companies, which got a bit hectic.  So now, a few slooow months in, I’m feeling more on top of things….albeit there is still so much to learn. But I felt obliged to make mention of my new best friend and Pictage guru, Dawn Alzina. She also happens to be my Account Manager over there, and she is by far the handiest Pictage person around these last few months (although a big shout out to my fearless PUG leaders, The Youngrens, too!). Her days have been filled with questions and emails from info@betsyblue.com.  I owe a much more simplified life to her help and quick email responses.

So cheers to you, Dawn-guru… (and keep up that Code 9 so I have you around for many more years to come!)
