They say some people are born with creative minds while others are born more business minded. If that’s true…then where do the technical geniuses fit in? Is that a third category or an overlapping bonus gene?
When I decided to put my foot in the blog water, my main concern was where I would find the time to blog. I thought I’d set up some quick, free, insta-version of a blog and VOILA! It’d be done and I’d be balancing Photography minutes with Facebook, email, blog and life time. But alas, life can be so humbling… So far, with the phenomenal help of my new blog guru Jeff Youngren (I’m in awe of his blog brain), I’ve rebuilt the darn thing four times. That’s four late nights and early mornings with a pot of Teeccino, some trail mix and a handful of marshmallows…Four separate Inbox’s full of emails to and from “The Youngren Studio”…Four frustrating shouts of “Isn’t there a speed course for this stuff!!!”…And four dirty looks from Duke wondering if we’ll ever get back to real life and play tug.
But alas…it’s up again. And seems to be running well [knock on wood]. Albeit all my blog entries now have the same entry date and I’ve lost all their precious comments. The golden glitter around “blogging” seems to have dulled to a nice flat grey.
*sigh* I think I must have been napping when God handed out technical smarts…
