Hwy 101

I just returned from a week-long trip north to the Bay Area. I gave my 50D some moderate exercise, visited family & friends, and ate WAY too much food! What is it with traveling? I think if I skipped the next few meals I’d feel much better. Fat chance, though! LOL

Oh yes…the CUTEST nursery ever. Fit for a princess and perfect for Miss Makena!

We drove home to San Diego via Hwy 101, which I must say I don’t drive often enough. So many gorgeous views and amazing places to visit! I could’ve spent weeks just puttering along in Santa Barbara or Solvang. But alas, I’m home again and playing catch up. It’s always such fun to travel but there’s no place like home… *sigh*

May 12, 2009 - 7:13 pm Papa - I just found this whole blog thing! You are such an incredible example as to how God is (and Mark are ;-)) transforming you and your relationship with Mike. I am so proud of you for your faithful ccommitment to him and being others-oriented as we have been taught for so long. God in His faithfulness to fervant prayers and Mark to his patience and love for you is an awesome and unbeatable combination! Mike goes without saying! I love you so very much and it really is difficult to think this will actually post without the ink running...and they are truly tears of joy. Yeah, real men love Jesus AND shed a tear occasionally.
